Our Guarantee:
1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, californiaflyshop.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. californiaflyshop.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at californiaflyshop.com while using the secure server.

2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We make this guarantee knowing that our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Still don't want to use your credit card on the Internet? No problem. You can fax or phone in your order. Populate your shopping basket online, print out the contents of your shopping basket, and fax it to 650 508 0198. Once you have faxed in your order, call 800-470-0002 to provide us with your billing information.

Gift Card Policy

Your use or purchase of a California Fly Shop branded Gift Card, Gift Certificate or other stored value product (collectively, "Gift Cards") indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided by law, these Terms and Conditions apply to all Gift Cards, whether purchased at store locations, online, or received from third parties.

1. Gift cards can be used at our store location, over the phone or at www.californiaflyshop.com.

2. Gift Cards have no expiration dates.

3. Gift Cards that are lost or stolen will ONLY be replaced, up to the value remaining, with satisfactory proof of purchase AND the Gift Card number.

4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except to the extent required by law.

5. Gift Cards may not be used for travel nor guided trips.

6. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional payment for the balance due.

7. Gift Cards purchased online are delivered separately from other purchases via email.

8. California Fly Shop reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified via email within two business days

9. Gift Cards will not be redeemed if the card number is invalid or cannot be identified within California Fly Shop systems.

10. California Fly Shop reserves the right to change the terms of the California Fly Shop Gift Card program at any time or to contract with another party to administer this program. California Fly Shop is the issuer of all Gift Cards marked "California Fly Shop." California Fly Shop is incorporated in the State of California, and the purchase and sale of the Gift Cards shall be subject to the laws and regulations of California.
