Rising Crocodile Pliers are long mitten style clamps that have "Croc Jaws" that allow the angler to slide the tool down the leader and remove the fly from fish without touching them.  The jaws also have a flat spot on them for pinching barbs down on flies size 16 or larger.  The back of the jaws also has a serrated section and a cutting blade that cuts mono and wire. There is also an internal spring built into the pliers which makes them easy to open and close.
