James Prosek Limited Edition Snook

One hundred of theses individually hand painted, anodized and laser engraved snook design reels have been produced. Each reel is accompanied by a signed and numbered 11x14-inch gicleè print of a snook by Prosek with corresponding numbera. The print is an individually produced, high resolution reproduction.Considered by many as the “James Audubon of fish,” James Prosek’s striking interpretations are remarkable, realistic works of art. Known as much as an author as artist, his books range from Trout to Eels. The Yale graduate is a dedicated conservationist. Prosek writes, sketches and paints at his studio in Connecticut.

A portion of proceeds and interest is dedicated to the Snook Foundation in Sarasota, Florida. It was developed under the caring hands of the late William R. Mote, an inventor and industrialist. “His vision for the foundation was for it to serve as a platform for anglers and conservationists to preserve, protect and enhance snook and game fish populations,” said Rick Roberts, executive director of Abel.
